I’m a product design leader with 20+ years building digital products across the enterprise and consumer spaces, from early-stage startups to Fortune 100 companies in fintech, travel, productivity, and AI. My career keeps me returning to the same theme: the gaps between what software promises and what people actually experience when using it.

My career has evolved with me, from my start at a boutique design agency, to financial data tools at Bloomberg  and founding the design practice at Axial Networks in New York, to global organization and design platform work at Booking.com in Amsterdam and Shanghai, bringing me to Dublin. Each move brought harder and more interesting challenges and higher stakes.

The last four years at Microsoft, I was a Principal Design Manager across three chapters: Modern Work Transformation, building industry-specific collaboration apps and a component toolkit; Teams for Frontline Workers, designing for a workforce enterprise software had overlooked; and SharePoint Premium & Content AI, shipping and developing AI-powered knowledge tools.

Since early 2025 I’ve been advising early-stage founders and boards in the US and UK as a Fractional Product Design Advisor. Based in Dublin, I’m open to the next challenge: a senior design leadership role, a Principal or Lead Designer position where craft and strategy coexist, or continuing my advisory role for founders who need senior design thinking.

Outside of the work, I’m a photographer and traveller. That side of things lives here too.
