For a planned residential development in south Georgia, I developed the initial sales brochure to promote the lifestyle and property before construction began. This 10′x7′ brochure centered around “life on the lake.” An additional, self-mailable pocket folder was also designed to hold the brochure, sales and news materials, and other information the developer wished to send to prospective buyers.
