Retreat Websites
The Retreat is a large, upscale student housing development that began in Athens, Georgia, and expanded with locations in Columbia, South Carolina and Tuscaloosa, Alabama. A website was designed and developed to represent the Retreat’s brand and marketing messages, while being customized and tailored to specific amenities and community aspects at each location. An interactive Flash site-plan controlled by a back-end CMS showed in real-time which units were available or leased prior to the development’s opening and subsequent leasing seasons.
