Retreat Tuscaloosa Leasing Center
The Retreat at Lake Tamaha, a large, upscale student housing development near the University of Alabama campus in Tuscaloosa leased a storefront in downtown Tuscaloosa to promote the property and establish interest and pre-leases during the developments construction. Along with developing the website, all sales and collateral materials, and advertising, I designed and developed panels to promote the property and lifestyle of the Retreat. Working with the client and construction crews, the overall design of the leasing center interior, and placement of proposed panels.
A series of large format digitally printed panels, mounted onto 6mm Komatex were designed and organized throughout the space to maximize traffic flow, and fit amongst the existing architecture and planned lighting. Customized cedar wood blocks were designed to mount the panels to the wall allowing for panels to be changed or updated as needed.
