Retreat Collateral
The Retreat is a large, upscale student housing development at several college campuses in the south east. Along with developing the website, promotional materials for events and locations, I oversaw the design and development of all sales, leasing, collateral materials, and advertising. A large general promotional brochure unique to each campus featured that Retreat location’s unique amenities and customizations and were developed every year. Accompanying the large student-oriented brochure, tri-panel brochures, direct mail postcards and campaigns, folders, stationery, parent-oriented brochures, and investor brochures were developed. An ad campaign with a similar branding style was also run in print and online media.
The 9″x12″ brochure shown here combines pages and elements from the Columbia, SC and Tuscaloosa, AL locations.
